沿空掘巷窄煤柱宽度与围岩控制技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对区段煤柱留设宽度普遍较大,工作面煤炭资源回采率低的问题,以三元煤业4306运输顺槽为工程背景,采用理论计算和数值模拟的方法确定了沿空巷道护巷窄煤柱最佳宽度为6 m。现场应用结果表明:采用“锚网索”支护后,4306运输顺槽掘巷期间巷道顶底板和两帮移近量最大值分别为113.25 mm和150.02 mm,巷道围岩变形得到有效控制。 Aiming at the problem that the width of coal pillar in the section is generally large and the recovery rate of coal resources in the working face is low,taking the 4306 transportation channel of Sanyuan Coal Industry as the engineering background,by using the methods of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,it is determined that the optimum width of narrow coal pillar of roadway along goaf is 6 m.The field application results show that after adopting"anchor mesh cable"support,the maximum values of roof and floor and two sides of roadway during roadway driving along the 4306 transportation channel are 113.25 mm and 150.02 mm respectively,and the surrounding rock deformation of roadway is effectively controlled.
