交叉段双巷布置夹角优化及围岩控制措施

摘要 为了优化交叉段双巷顶板及煤柱的稳定性,应用理论计算及FLAC^(3D)分析了工程区域与地层最大主应力不同夹角对围岩受力变形及剪切破坏特征。结果表明:当双巷布置方位与最大主应力呈30°~40°时,无支护的围岩稳定性较好,锚网喷支护措施有效加固围岩强度且变形小,顶板及煤柱变形控制在90 mm和65 mm以下,满足使用需求。 In order to optimize the stability of double roadway roof and coal pillar in cross section,the stress deformation and shear failure characteristics of surrounding rock caused by different angles between engineering area and stratum maximum principal stress are analyzed by means of theoretical calculation and FLAC^(3D).The results show that when the layout orientation of double roadway and the maximum principal stress are 30°-40°,the stability of unsupported surrounding rock is better,the bolting and shotcreting support measures can effectively strengthen the surrounding rock strength and small deformation,and the deformation of roof and coal pillar is controlled below 90 mm and 65 mm to meet the application requirements.
