摘要
为解决4220副巷掘进期间围岩变形量大的问题,采用理论分析层次注浆中深孔和浅孔注浆浆液扩散机理,采用数值模拟分析两循环注浆工艺施工效果,结合4220副巷围岩特征,设计注浆方案,注浆材料采用新型水泥复合材料,并在注浆方案实施后进行效果分析。结果表明:注浆实施后,破碎围岩有效胶结在一起,围岩变形得到有效控制。
In order to solve the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock during the excavation of the 4220 auxiliary roadway,the diffusion mechanism of grout in deep hole and shallow hole of hierarchical grouting is analyzed theoretically,and the construction effect of two-cycle grouting technology is analyzed by numerical simulation.Combined with the characteristics of the surrounding rock of the 4220 auxiliary roadway,the grouting scheme is designed,the grouting material is made of new cement composite material,and the effect is analyzed after the implementation of the grouting scheme.The results show that after the implementation of grouting,the broken surrounding rock is effectively cemented together,and the surrounding rock deformation is effectively controlled.
