采区大断面水仓施工工艺优化

摘要 塔山三盘区西翼采区大断面水仓施工时顶板维护困难、施工效率低,对传统大断面矩形水仓施工工艺存在的主要问题进行了分析,根据实际情况对施工工艺进行优化,提出了环形水仓施工工艺,并对水仓围岩采取合理有效的支护措施。实际应用效果表明,相比传统矩形水仓,环形水仓施工时顶板空顶面积小,围岩控制效果好,施工周期缩短了3.5 d,取得了显著的应用成效。 During the construction of large cross section water storage in the west wing of Tashan third panel,the roof maintenance is difficult and the construction efficiency is low.The main problems existing in the construction technology of traditional large cross section rectangular water storage are analyzed,and the construction technology is optimized according to the actual situation.The construction technology of annular water storage is put forward,and reasonable and effective support measures are taken for the surrounding rock of water storage.The practical application results show that compared with the traditional rectangular water storage,the empty roof area of the annular water storage is smaller during construction,the surrounding rock control effect is better,the construction period is shortened by 3.5 days,and remarkable application results have been achieved.
