深部软岩大断面硐室协同锚固支护技术的实践 被引量:2

摘要 腾晖煤业-900 m水泵房巷道发生变形失稳,其原因主要为深部高地应力、巷道围岩岩性差、局部松软破碎、锚固结构设计及参数不合理、施工质量不高。基于围岩松动圈的测定结果,提出了深部软岩大断面硐室协同锚固支护方案。锚固施工后3个月,巷道两帮、顶板、底鼓的最大移近量较小,巷道围岩变形量已得到控制并已经完全趋于稳定。 Deformation and instability occurred in the roadway of-900 m water pump house in Tenghui Coal Industry,which is mainly due to deep high ground stress,poor lithology of surrounding rock of roadway,local soft and broken,unreasonable anchorage structure design and parameters,and low construction quality.Based on the measurement results of the loose zone of surrounding rock,a cooperative anchoring support scheme for large cross section chamber of deep soft rock is put forward.Three months after anchoring construction,the maximum movement of roadway two sides,roof and floor heave is relatively small,the deformation of roadway surrounding rock has been controlled and has been completely stable.
