摘要
综采工作面U型通风系统在回采过程中,常遇到风阻大、漏风量大以及上隅角瓦斯集聚等问题,本文以店坪煤矿205综采工作面为研究对象,对其通风系统进行合理优化,提出了以沿空留巷为基础建立“Y型”通风系统,并对沿空留巷加强安全支护,杜绝了采空区漏风量大和上隅角瓦斯超限现象,应用效果显著。
The U-shaped ventilation system of fully mechanized mining face often meets the problems of large air resistance,large air leakage and gas accumulation in the upper corner of fully mechanized mining face.Taking the 205 fully mechanized mining face of Dianping Coal Mine as the research object,this paper reasonably optimizes its ventilation system.It is proposed to establish a"Y-type"ventilation system on the basis of gob-side entry retaining,and strengthen safety support for gob-side entry retaining,so as to put an end to the phenomenon of large air leakage in goaf and gas overlimit in upper corner.The application effect is remarkable.
