顶板结构模型法确定合理的支架支护强度研究

摘要 以乌兰木伦矿31405工作面为例,简单介绍煤层及工作面等基本情况,然后通过分析计算求得顶板运动相关参数,结合构建的31405工作面的顶板结构模型以及ZY 8600/24/50液压支架的相关参数与来压时阻力值,得到顶板压力1.10 MPa,合理的支架支护强度1.16 MPa,工作阻力9793 kN。 Taking the 31405 working face of Wulanmulun Coal Mine as an example,the basic situation of coal seam and working face is briefly introduced,and then the relevant parameters of roof movement are obtained through analysis and calculation.Combined with the roof structure model of the 31405 working face,the relevant parameters of the ZY8600-24-50 hydraulic support and upper resistance value at incoming pressure,get the roof pressure is 1.10 MPa,the reasonable support strength is 1.16 MPa,and the working resistance is 9793 kN.
