摘要
山西华阳集团一矿选煤厂为改变配煤站储煤场煤炭储存状况,减少对周边环境污染,确定采用气膜煤棚对储煤场进行封闭。煤棚上部为气膜结构,下部基础为钢筋混凝土挡煤墙。气膜具有耐高温、抗腐蚀、自身清洁能力强、透光性好等特点;棚内部无梁无柱,储存空间大,与传统钢结构比较,建造成本低、自重轻、施工周期短。在煤炭企业环保工作中可以得到很好的推广应用。
In order to change the coal storage condition of the coal storage yard of the coal blending station and reduce the pollution to the surrounding environment,the No.1 Coal Preparation Plant of Shanxi Huayang Group decided to use the gas film coal shed to close the coal storage yard.The upper part of the coal shed is a gas film structure,and the lower foundation is a reinforced concrete coal retaining wall.The gas film has the characteristics of high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,strong self-cleaning ability and good light transmittance,there are no beams and columns inside the shed,and the storage space is large.Compared with the traditional steel structure,it has the advantages of low construction cost,light weight and short construction period.It can be well popularized and applied in the environmental protection work of coal enterprises.
