“二元社区”结构下流动人口的社区融入——以诸暨市Z村“红心租”模式为例

Community Integration of Floating Population Under the Structure of"Dual Community":A Case Study of"Hong-Xin" House-leasing in Village Z of Zhuji

改革开放以来,流动人口涌入城镇形成的“二元社区”结构仍然存在,而促进流动人口社区融入对实现基层社会稳定和城镇经济发展都具有重要意义。通过田野调查,本研究发现根植于中国村落文化的熟人社会与陌生人社会、集体身份与历史记忆、地域分割与空间隔离、情感互斥与群体边界是理解“二元社区”存续的四个维度,在此基础上,进一步提出社区身份促进感知性融入、社区活动促进交流性融入、社区治理促进规范性融入、社区组织促进功能性融入、社区参与促进结构性融入的流动人口社区治理路径。现代社区治理应当重视社区道德共同体的重建,只有把个体内嵌到社会关系中,才能实现基层社会的和谐稳定。

Since the reform and opening up, the structure of "dual community" formed by floating population entering cities and towns has not changed, while the community integration of floating population is of great significance to primary-level social stability and urban economic development. Field investigation finds that four dimensions can be used to understand the existence of "dual community", that is, acquaintance society and stranger society rooted in Chinese village culture, collective identity and historical memory, regional division and spatial isolation, emotional exclusion and group boundary. On this basis, the community governance of floating population can be realized through the following approaches: promoting perceptual integration by community, promoting communicative integration by community activities, promoting normative integration by community governance, promoting functional integration by community organization and promoting structural integration by community participation. The reconstruction of moral community should be given priority in modern community governance. Only by embedding individuals into social relations can the harmony and stability of primary-level society be realized.
