精准医疗下医学计量的现状及发展趋势

Current Situation and Development Trends of Medical Metrology in Precision Medicine

为满足高精度医疗器械量值溯源和医疗诊断质量评价的需求,该文基于医学计量工作在检测机构和医疗机构的实际状况,总结其各自存在的问题以及提升检测能力和优化管理方式的对策;同时,通过分析远程计量和多参数耦合一体化计量的应用现状与优势,进一步探讨其在医学计量中的应用价值,并提出为提升计量工作费效比和满足现场化需求、更好地实现高精度医疗器械的量值溯源,应加快推动两项技术的应用覆盖范围。

To meet the needs of the traceability of high-precision medical equipment and the quality evaluation of medical diagnosis,based on the actual situation of medical metrology in testing institutions and medical institutions,this paper analyzed their existing problems and the countermeasures to improve testing abilities and optimize management mode.At the same time,through analyzing the application status and advantages of remote calibration and multi-parameter coupling integrated calibration,this paper discussed its application value in medical metrology and put forward that in order to improve the cost-effectiveness ratio of calibration work,meet the needs of on-site calibration and realize the quantity traceability of high-precision medical equipment,it needs to speed up the application coverage of the two technologies.
