Application of Swiss Cheese Model in Cleaning External Medical Devices

目的观察瑞士奶酪模型在外来医疗器械清洗中的应用效果。方法选取2019年9月至2020年2月安徽医科大学附属阜阳医院消毒供应中心接收的202包外来医疗器械作为对照组,2020年3—8月医院消毒供应中心接收的230包外来医疗器械作为观察组。对照组采用常规清洗模式,观察组在对照组基础上联合瑞士奶酪模型清洗模式,比较两组清洗合格率、有效验收率及完好率。结果目测和放大镜法、消毒湿巾法及ATP生物荧光法检查结果均显示,观察组清洗合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ATP生物荧光法检查结果显示,观察组有效验收率及完好率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞士奶酪模型在外来医疗器械清洗中的应用效果较好,可有效提高清洗合格率及有效验收率,延长使用寿命。

Objective The application effect of Swiss cheese model in cleaning external medical devices was observed.Methods A total of 202 packages of external medical devices received in the central sterilized supply department of Fuyang Hospital of Anhui Medical University from September 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the control group,a total of 230 packages of external medical devices received in the central sterilized supply department in the hospital from March to August 2020 were selected as the observation group.The conventional cleaning mode was adopted in the control group,while the observation group adopted Swiss cheese model cleaning mode on the basis of the control group,then the qualified rate of cleaning,the effective acceptance rate and the perfect rate were compared between the two groups.Results The inspection results of visual observation and magnifier method,disinfectant wipes method,ATP bioluminescence method showed that the qualified rate of cleaning in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inspection results of ATP bioluminescence method showed that the effective acceptance rate and the perfect rate in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Swiss cheese model in cleaning external medical devices was good,with the qualified rate and the effective acceptance rate of external medical devices improved,the service life of the medical devices prolonged.
