伊曲康唑胶囊与妇科千金片联合治疗老年外阴阴道炎的效果及作用评价

Effect and Effect Evaluation of Itraconazole Capsules Combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablets in the Treatment of Vulvovaginitis in Elderly Patients

目的:分析老年外阴阴道炎患者采用伊曲康唑胶囊联合妇科千金片治疗的价值。方法:筛选2019年12月-2021年12月入某院治疗的老年外阴阴道炎患者100例作为研究对象,并按“随机抽样法”分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组采用妇科千金片治疗,观察组采用伊曲康唑胶囊联合妇科千金片治疗,均实施常规护理服务,对比两组临床疗效、复发率、临床症状缓解时间、不良反应发生率、炎症因子水平。结果:观察组临床疗效(96.00%)高于对照组(82.00%)(χ^(2)为5.005,P<0.05);观察组治疗后1个月(0.00%)、2个月(2.00%)、3个月(4.00%)复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(12.00%)与对照组(8.00%)相比无差异(P>0.05);观察组分泌物异常(15.02±3.11d)、疼痛(3.36±1.04d)、灼烧感(9.72±1.32d)、瘙痒(6.11±1.24d)、白带异常(13.15±2.49d)等症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CRP(5.52±2.14mg/L)、TNF-α(1.51±0.04ng/mL)低于对照组,IL-2(5.89±1.31ng/mL)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在伊曲康唑胶囊与妇科千金片治疗老年外阴阴道炎的同时展开护理服务可缩短临床症状缓解时间,亦可降低疾病复发率及炎症状态,确保治疗安全性及有效性,值得借鉴。

Objective:To analyze the value of itraconazole capsules combined with Fuke Qianjin tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with vulvovaginitis.Methods:A total of 100 elderly vulvovaginitis patients who were admitted to a hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were screened as study subjects and divided into two groups(50 cases in each group)according to"random sampling method".The control group was treated with Fuke Qianjin tablets,and the observation group was treated with itraconazole capsules combined with Fuke Qianjin tablets.All of patients were given routine care services,and the clinical efficacy,recurrence rate,duration of clinical symptom relief,incidence of adverse reactions,and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy was higher in the observation group(96.00%)than in the control group(82.00%)(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05).The recurrence rates in the observation group at 1 month(0.00%),2 months(2.00%),and 3 months(4.00%)after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(12.00%)and the control group(8.00%)(P>0.05).In the observation group,the relief time of symptoms such as abnormal secretion(15.02±3.11)d,pain(3.36±1.04)d,burning sensation(9.72±1.32)d,itching(6.11±1.24)d,and abnormal white ribbon(13.15±2.49)d were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);In the observation group,the CRP(5.52±2.14)mg/L,and TNF-α(1.51±0.04)ng/mL were lower than those in the control group,and the IL-2(5.89±1.31)ng/mL was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Developing nursing services simultaneously with the application of itraconazole capsules and Fuke Qianjin tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with vulvovaginitis can shorten the relief time of clinical symptoms,also reduce the disease recurrence rate and inflammatory status,and ensure the safety and efficacy of the treatment,which is worthy of reference.
