局部应用雌激素配合生物反馈电刺激治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病的效果观察

Effect of Local Application of Estrogen Combined with Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation on Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Disease

摘要 目的:探究盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)患者开展生物反馈电刺激联合局部雌激素治疗的临床价值。方法:遴选2020年6月-2021年6月90例PFD患者,参考“系统抽样法”分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组采用生物反馈电刺激治疗,观察组为对照组治疗措施+局部应用雌激素。比较两组临床总疗效、盆底肌力、生化指标、患者生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(77.78%),同时与对照组相比,治疗后观察组盆底肌力(GRRUG)分级高、盆底功能障碍(PFDI-20)评分低,且较对照组,观察组MMP-2水平低、TIMP-2水平高,生活质量(SF-36)及性生活质量(FSFI)评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论:PFD患者开展生物反馈电刺激治疗,同时配合局部应用雌激素,可取得显著的临床疗效,提高患者盆底肌力,改善盆底功能,促使其生活质量明显提升。 Objective:To explore the clinical value of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with local estrogen in the treatment of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Methods:90 patients with PFD from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45)according to"systematic sampling method".The control group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation,the observation group was treated with local application of estrogen based on the control group.The total clinical efficacy,pelvic floor muscle strength,biochemical indexes and patients'quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group,at the same time,the pelvic floor muscle strength(GRRUG)grade was high,and the score of pelvic floor dysfunction(PFDI-20)was low in the observation group after treatment.Compared with the control group,the level of MMP-2 was lower,and the level of TIMP-2,scores of quality of life(SF-36)and quality of sexual life(FSFI)were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with local application of estrogen at the same time in the treatment of patients with PFD can achieve significant clinical efficacy,improve the patient's pelvic floor muscle strength,improve pelvic floor function,and promote the obvious improvement of their quality of life.
