常规干预联合早期心脏康复干预对冠心病介入术后患者心功能及生活质量的影响

Effects of Routine Intervention Combined with Early Cardiac Rehabilitation Intervention on Cardiac Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after Intervention

目的:探究常规干预联合早期心脏康复干预对冠心病(CHD)介入术后患者的干预效果。方法:选取2019年10月~2020年10月医院收治的经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后患者90例,根据随机数字表法将其分为常规组和研究组各45例,常规组给予常规干预,研究组在常规组基础上联合早期心脏康复干预,比较两组干预效果。结果:干预3个月后,研究组左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级均低于常规组,左心室射血分数(LVEF)及健康调查简表(SF-36)各项评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:常规干预联合早期心脏康复干预可有效改善PCI后患者心功能,减轻术后疼痛,提高患者生活质量,临床疗效较好。

Objective:To explore the intervention effect of routine intervention combined with early cardiac rehabilitation intervention on patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after intervention.Methods:A total of 90 patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)who were admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into the routine group(n=45)and the study group(n=45)by random number table method.The routine group was given routine intervention,and the study group was combined with early cardiac rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the routine group.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of intervention,the left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),and the New York Heart Disease Association(NYHA)cardiac function classification were all lower than those in the routine group,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and the health survey summary-36(SF-36)scores were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Routine intervention combined with early cardiac rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients after PCI,reduce postoperative pain,and improve the quality of life of patients,with good clinical effect.
