下肢深静脉血栓前馈控制对产褥期产妇血清D-D、FDP、TAT及下肢静脉血流动力学的影响研究

Study of the Effects of Feedforward Control of Deep Venous Thrombosis in Lower Limbs on Serum D-D,FDP,TAT and Venous Hemodynamics of the Lower Limbs in Puerperium Women

目的:研究下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)前馈控制的实施方法及在产褥期产妇护理中的应用价值。方法:将于某院产科分娩的160例产妇随机分为C组和C+Q组各80例,C组产褥期采用DVT常规预防护理,C+Q组采用DVT前馈控制干预,对比两组产妇DVT的发生率,并于护理干预前后分别检测凝血指标(D-D、FIB、PAF)和下肢静脉血流动力学指标(下肢静脉血流速度、MVO、MVO/SVC)。结果:C+Q组产妇DVT发生率为0,低于C组的8.75%(χ^(2)=9.453,P<0.000)。护理后,C+Q组产妇D-D、FIB、PAF均低于C组(P<0.05),C+Q组产妇下肢静脉血流速度、MVO、MVO/SVC均高于C组(P<0.05)。结论:于产褥期产妇护理中通过DVT前馈控制干预能有效改善产妇的凝血功能和下肢静脉血流动力学,预防DVT的发生。

Objective:To study the implementation of feedforward control of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT)and its application value in puerperium maternal nursing.Methods:160 cases of parturient women in a hospital were randomly divided into group C(80 cases)and group C+Q(80 cases).DVT routine preventive nursing and DVT feedforward control intervention were respectively implemented during puerperium.The incidence of maternal DVT was compared between the two groups,and the coagulation indexes(D-D,FIB,PAF)and lower limb venous hemodynamics indexes(lower limb venous blood flow velocity,MVO,MVO/SVC)were detected before and after nursing intervention.Results:The incidence of maternal DVT in C+Q group was 0,lower than 8.75%in C group(χ^(2)=9.453,P<0.000).After nursing,D-D,FIB and PAF of puerpera in C+Q group were lower than those in C group(P<0.05),and blood flow velocity,MVO and MVO/SVC of puerpera in C+Q group were higher than those in C group(P<0.05).Conclusion:DVT feedforward control intervention in puerperium maternal nursing can effectively improve maternal coagulation function and lower limb venous hemodynamics indexes,and prevent the occurrence of DVT.
