数字化社会的真实情境既包含信息共享、个人赋权、文化多元、城市互联等积极赋能,又包括隐私透明、资本裹挟、虚假民主、社交异化等消极势能。要积极发挥信息技术的社会建构功能、推进智能社会文明转型,须批判审视数字经济的繁荣幻象、虚拟世界的自由民主幻象、数字文化的丰饶假象等数字乌托邦幻象,挖掘其形成的技术、制度和文化根源,并从技术负责任创新、制度变革、重建文化生态和核心价值理念、弘扬乌托邦精神等方面协同推进数字化社会的整体化建设,构建一个透明高效、协作共享、深度参与、责任共担的数字化未来。

The digital society includes not only some positive influence such as information sharing, individual empowerment, multi-culture and city interconnection, but also some negative potential risks such as privacy transparency, capital entrapment, false democracy and social alienation. To give full play to the social construction function of information technology and promote the transformation of intelligent society, we must critically examine the illusion of digital utopias, such as the illusion of economic prosperity, freedom and democracy in virtual world and richness in digital culture, and explore their technical, institutional and cultural roots, and promote the integrated construction of a digital society in a coordinated way from such aspects as responsible innovation in technology, institutional transformation, reconstruction of cultural ecology and core values, and carrying forward the spirit of Utopia, so as to build a digital future that is transparent, efficient, collaborative, participatory, and accountable.
