摘要
使用光学方法测量发动机喷嘴内部情况时,由于喷嘴透明固壁的曲面形状会引起光学畸变,从而影响测量的精度。针对该现象,采用理论分析的方法,以一个全新的角度详细阐述了一种光学修正方法,该方法适用于任意曲面状的透明固壁。将得到的光学修正方法应用在圆管中,获得的结果与现有的理论推导结果、实验结果一致。
The curved shape of the transparent wall of the nozzle in optical measurement causes optical distortion,it thus affects the accuracy of the measure internal condition of the engine nozzle.Aiming at the phenomenon of optical distortion in optical measurement,an optical correction method is elaborated from a new angle,this method is suitable for any curved transparent solid wall.The obtained optical correction method is applied to a round tube,and the obtained results are consistent with the existing theoretical derivation results and experimental results.
