摘要
为了解决某自动挡车型制动踏板在刹车过程中行程长问题,分析影响制动踏板行程长的主要因素,通过对其制动过程的分析,初步确定以制动管路排气和更换制动总泵及真空助力器总成为解决方案,最后通过制动管路排气,该问题得到解决,为后续车型制动系统匹配与问题分析提供经验。
In order to shorten the brake pedal stroke of an off-road AT vehicle,several main related factors are analyzed.Preliminarily,through the analysis of the braking process,it is determined that the solution is to exhaust the brake pipeline and replace the brake master cylinder-vacuum booster assembly.Finally,the problem is solved by exhausting through the brake pipelines.The practice provides a successful experience towards brake system design and problem analysis of subsequent vehicle development.
