某后驱电动车后悬架冲击残余抖动优化

摘要 为改善某电动车后悬架冲击残余抖动问题,通过传感器测定其冲击残余抖动的振型,从降低冲击能量与优化振动模态的角度出发,对后副车架衬套和驱动电机悬置结构与刚度进行重新设计,经过反复探索,成功解决该车型的后悬架冲击残余抖动问题。此外,基于对过程测试数据的归纳总结,结合主观驾驶感受,还建立了主观评价与客观测试数据的对应关系,为同类型布置设计的驱动电机-悬架系统冲击残余抖动问题的设计优化与问题分析提供了工程参照。 In order to improve the rear suspension impact residual jitter problem of an electric vehicle,the vibration pattern of the impact residual jitter was measured by sensors,and the structure and stiffness of the rear subframe bushings and drive motor mounts were redesigned from the perspective of reducing the impact energy and optimising the vibration mode.After repeated exploration,the problem of residual jitter of the rear suspension of this model was successfully solved.In addition,based on the summarisation of the process test data and the subjective driving experience,a correspondence between the subjective evaluation and the objective test data was also established,which provides an engineering reference for the design optimisation and problem analysis of the drive motor-suspension system impact residual jitter problem of the same type of arrangement design.
