Modern industrial college has its internal mechanism and unique advantages in carrying out collaborative education.It is an effective carrier for school enterprise cooperation and industry education collaboration.According to the development characteristics of Alliance Industrial College,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges in the operation and management of modern industrial college,and puts forward a multi-party collaborative education mechanism to realize benefit sharing and long-term operation by aiming at cultivating talents.This mechanism can effectively clarify the internal management organization structure form and scope of responsibilities and rights of the college.In the process of college operation management,it can scientifically and reasonably realize the management of personnel,finance,assets,teaching and scientific research.And in the later practical application,remarkable results have been achieved.
