日本经济安全保障战略由来已久,但近年来,特别是岸田政府上台以来日本推进经济安保战略明显加速。目前日本正逐步形成战略目的清晰、机构设置完善、经济控制能力增强、对外合作日益紧密的全方位经济安保战略。日本政府加速推进经济安保战略有国际环境变化的因素,亦有日本自身的战略考量。日本希望借经济安保战略实现经济、安全等多方面战略目标,但囿于多方面因素制约,其战略效果有待验证。
