肌内效贴对慢性踝关节不稳患者平衡的影响

Effect of intramuscular effect patch on balance in patients with chronic ankle instability

目的本研究旨在分析研究应用肌内效贴固定对慢性踝关节不稳(chronic ankle instability,CAI)患者平衡性能的影响。方法通过纳入排除标准共招募60例CAI患者,随机分为2组:肌内效贴组和对照组。在4周干预措施前后用改良的星状偏移平衡试验、单腿跳试验和单腿站立试验测量动平衡和静态平衡。结果研究前对照组与肌内效贴组比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。研究后肌内效贴组的星状偏移平衡实验(modified star excursion balance test,mSEBT)前侧、后内侧、后外侧,单腿站立实验和单腿跳跃试验显著改善,P<0.05。结论在应用肌内效贴治疗CAI患者4周后,有利于改善患者的静态和动态平衡,患者可以从这一治疗方法中获益。

Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of intramuscular effect patch on balance performance in patients with chronic ankle instability(CAI).Methods A total of 60 patients with CAI were recruited by inclusion and exclusion criteria and randomly divided into 2 groups:intramuscular effect patch group and control group.Dynamic and static balance were measured with a modified stellate offset balance test,a one-leg hop test,and a one-leg stand test before and after the 4-week intervention.Results There was no significant difference between the control group and the intramuscular effect patch group before the study(P>0.05).The modified star excursion balance test(mSEBT)anterior,posteromedial,and posterolateral,one-leg standing test,and one-leg jump test were significantly improved in the post-study intramuscular effect patch group(P<0.05).Conclusion After 4 weeks of treatment with intramuscular effect plaster in patients with CAI,it is beneficial to improve the static and dynamic balance of patients,and patients can benefit from this treatment.
