部分腓骨长肌腱移植对踝关节功能和足弓的影响

Effects of partial peroneus longus tendon grafting on ankle function and foot arch

目的探讨部分腓骨长肌腱(peroneus longus tendon,PLT)移植对踝关节功能和足弓的影响。方法根据纳排标准回顾性选取2019年9月至2020年12月在新疆医科大学第六附属医院收住院并行取同侧部分PLT重建内侧髌骨韧带的患者30例,以术前、术后3个月、术后12个月的踝关节功能(Kofoed)评分、美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)评分、足弓角度、足底压力测量数据系统来评价踝关节功能、足弓。结果30例患者均随访12~15个月,平均13个月。术后3个月和12个月随访时,Kofoed评分、AOFAS评分、足弓角度、足底压力测量的数据与术前数据对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PLT重建韧带优势明显,是可供选择的良好移植物。

Objective To investigate the effects of partial peroneal longus tendon(PLT)grafting on ankle joint function and foot arch.Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,30 patients admitted to the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively selected for reconstruction of medial patellar ligament with ipsolateral partial PLT.Ankle function and foot arch were evaluated by ankle function(Kofoed)score,American Orthopedic Foo tand Ankle Society(AOFAS)score,arch angle and plantar pressure measurement data system preoperative,3 months and 12 months after surgery.Results All the 30 patients were followed up for 12~15 months,with an average of 13 months.There was no significant difference between the Kofoed score,aofas score,arch angle and plantar pressure measurement data and the preoperative data at the follow-up 3 months and 12 months after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion PLT has obvious advantages in ligament reconstruction and is a good graft for choice.
