摘要 随着信息时代的到来,在证据信息化的大趋势下,电子证据在各类案件中发挥着日益重要的作用。司法机关对电子证据的使用也越来越广泛,但如何确保数据安全是司法机关之间传递电子证据时面临的挑战。因此,笔者基于区块链和星际文件系统(Inter Planetary File System,IPFS)技术,利用区块链的不可篡改性、可追溯性、多节点共同维护等特点,在公安、检察院与法院之间建立一个证据链平台,实现电子证据的网上流转,保证了数据的安全,也提高了各部门的工作效率。 With the advent of the information age and the general trend of evidence informatization, the role of electronic evidence in various cases is becoming more and more important. The use of electronic evidence by judicial organs such as the Public Procuratorate Law is also becoming more and more extensive, but data security is a major challenge for the transmission of electronic evidence between judicial organs, such as malicious tampering of evidence. Therefore, based on blockchain and IPFS technology,using the characteristics of blockchain, such as non-tampering, traceability, and multi-node common maintenance, an evidence chain platform is established between the public security, procuratorate and court. It realize the online circulation of electronic evidence ensures the security of data and improves the work efficiency of various departments.
