目前,医院的微信公众号逐渐成为医院服务患者的重要渠道,为人们的就医带来了极大的便利。医疗机构可以通过微信公众号向患者提供就诊服务及相关信息,获得了患者的好评。然而,在服务的过程中,公众号还存在不尽如人意的方面,需要持续优化改进。本文以湖南省娄底市中心医院公众号为例,对该公众号挂号、诊疗、互动3个板块的功能进行分析并提出应该对空白界面进行优化、增加在线咨询功能以及提升公众号推送消息的运营技巧等优化建议。

At present, the WeChat official account of the hospital has gradually become an important channel for the hospital to serve the patients, which has brought great convenience to people’s medical treatment. Medical institutions can provide medical services and related information to patients through the official account of WeChat, and have won favorable comments from patients.However, in the process of service, there are still some unsatisfactory aspects of official account, which need continuous optimization and improvement. This article takes the official account of Loudi Central Hospital in Hunan as an example, this paper analyzes the functions of the official account registration, diagnosis and treatment, interaction, and puts forward suggestions for optimizing the blank interface, increasing the online consultation function and improving the operation skills of the public number pushing message,etc. 3 suggestions are given.
