As an important part of engineering construction, engineering consulting plays an indispensable role in engineering construction. Engineering project management is one of the important business segments of engineering consulting. In the digital era, the traditional engineering consulting project management mode has been difficult to meet the requirements of high-quality development. It is urgent to build a set of project management system to improve the level of engineering project management. By analyzing the necessity of engineering project management system design, this paper designs the project management system in order to provide reference for engineering consulting project management informatization.
