摘要
工业机器人课程是机器人工程及相关专业的一门专业核心课程,如何提高工业机器人的实践教学效果一直是热点问题。工业机器人离线仿真系统作为机器人应用和研究的安全可靠工具,发挥着重要作用,通过将RoboDK仿真软件结合到工业机器人实践教学中,采用“互联网+”技术和项目式教学方法让学生更积极主动的学习知识。本文借助RoboDK,建立虚拟的三维机器人,使机器人工作姿态及工作空间与整线设备运动关系一目了然,更容易分析轨迹规划的正确性和合理性,通过生产系统的离线编程仿真练习,可以提高学生工业机器人应用的实践能力和创新能力,同时降低设备的损坏率。
Industrial robot technology is widely used in manufacturing applications, so there is an increasing demand for industrial robots. The industrial robot course is a core course of robot engineering and related majors. It has always been a hot issue on how to improve the practical teaching effect of industrial robots. The industrial robot offline simulation system plays an irreplaceable role as a safe and reliable tool for robot application and research. Here, the RoboDK simulation software is integrated into the practical teaching of industrial robots, using "Internet+" technology and project-based teaching methods to enable students to learn more actively. With this software, it is easier to analyze the correctness and rationality of trajectory planning. The offline programming exercises of RoboDK simulation software can improve students’ practical ability and innovation ability and reduce the damage rate of equipment.
