教师专业发展的现象学考察

摘要 教师培训是促进教师专业发展的重要方式。通过关注国培计划(2020)—中西部项目新入职特岗教师规范化培训项目(初中语文)中的《陈太丘与友期行》教学研讨,以教育现象学为理论视角,考察教师培训助推教师专业发展的新取向。研究得出了还原教师培训场域为“生活世界”、挖掘文言文本的“意义重叠”、建构培训教师“视界融合”三个结论。由此得出了教师专业发展的三点启示:重视引导教师关注“生活体验”,激发教师专业发展“自主意识”,筑牢教师专业发展“正确理念”。 Teacher training is an important way to promote teacher professional development. This paper deals with the teaching research of The Appointment by Chen Taiqiu and His Friends for Travelling(Junior Middle School Chinese) in the National Training Plan(2020)-Standardized training program for new special post teachers of the Central and Western Projects From the perspective of education phenomenology, the paper investigates the path of teacher training to boost teacher professional development. Through the research, three conclusions are drawn, namely, restoring the teacher training field as "life world",excavating the "overlapping meaning" of classical Chinese texts, and constructing the "vision fusion" of training teachers. This paper puts forward three implications for teacher professional development: attaching importance to guiding teachers to pay attention to "life experience",stimulating the "self-consciousness" of teacher professional development, and building the "correct concept" of teacher professional development.
