国内外桔小实蝇有害生物风险评估的文献计量学分析 被引量:3

Bibliometric analysis of the pest risk of Bactrocera dorsalis at China and abroad

摘要 桔小实蝇被我国列为进境植物检疫性有害生物,近年来呈现不断扩散蔓延态势。风险分析是植物检疫的基础任务。为了客观反映总结当前桔小实蝇风险评估研究的重点与薄弱点,在1979—2021年CNKI数据库以及1985—2021年WOS核心合集文献计量学和CiteSpace V分析的基础上,对桔小实蝇入侵风险评估的文献总量、载文期刊、发文机构、当下研究的热点内容做了深入分析。结果表明:桔小实蝇风险评估文献国内最早发表于1991年,国外最早发表于2012年。2003—2008年该虫风险评估处于快速发展阶段,之后趋于稳定。美国和英国是在该研究领域发文量和被引频次最多的2个国家。国内发文机构集中在广东、江苏等入侵可能性较大或已被入侵的省份和地区,发文量最多的为华南农业大学和中山大学,《植物检疫》为该领域发文量最多的期刊。热点关键词有传入风险、生物入侵、Pert技术、Monte Carlo仿真、预测预报、发生期、GARP、潜在分布区、colonization、complex Diptera、species Diptera、invadens Diptera、management、eradication等。近年的新兴热点有MaxEnt模型、GIS系统、多指标综合评估方法等生态位模型。内容重点多集中在适生性分析,而对定殖后扩散和经济生态风险分析较薄弱。探讨了未来桔小实蝇风险评估的研究问题。 Bactrocera dorsalis has been listed as plant quarantine pest in China and shows a trend of continuous spread in recent years.Risk assessment is the basis for the plant quarantine.To reflect and summarize the emphases and weaknesses of current risk assessment on B.dorsaris,this review analyzed the number of literature,publishing journals,research institutions and hot spots on risk assessment of B.dorsalis based on CNKI database from 1979 to 2021 and CiteSpace V analysis of WOS core collection from 1985 to 2021.The results showed that the literature on risk assessment of B.dorsalis was first published in 1991 in China and 2012 in foreign countries.It had developed rapidly from 2003 to 2008,and then tended to steady.The US and UK were the two countries with the most publications and citations in this field.Domestic articles mainly came from Guangdong,Jiangsu and other provinces and regions with distribution or introduction probability of B.dorsaris.South China Agricultural University and Sun Yat-sen University had the most articles.The journal of Plant Quarantine was the journal with the most number of articles in this field.The hot keywords included introduction risk,biological invasion,Pert technique,Monte Carlo simulation,prediction and prediction,occurrence period,Garp,potential distribution area,colonization,complex Diptera,species Diptera,invadens Diptera,management,eradication,etc.Emerging hot topics in recent years included MaxEnt model,GIS system and multi-indicator comprehensive assessment method.The research mainly focused on adaptation analysis,but the analysis of post-colonization diffusion and economic ecological risk were weak.Finally,the future research was discussed.
