摘要
为了对某型号轴向柱塞变量泵两级压力+卸荷控制(PCX)系统进行设计,基于AMESim软件搭建了PCX控制仿真模型,对PCX控制的工作原理及相关参数的影响进行分析,得出了节流孔尺寸是影响PCX控制性能优劣的关键,最后,通过样机试验验证了相关设计参数的正确性。
In order to design a two-pressure setting+unloading control(PCX)system for a certain axial piston variable pump,the PCX control simulation model was built based on AMESim software.Through analysis the working principle and the influence of relevant parameters for PCX control,the fixed orifice size is the key of PCX control performance.Finally,through the experiment verify the correctness of the related design.
