摘要
该文首先介绍了切割机液压系统的热平衡原理,通过对系统的吸热、散热计算分析,指导正确选择冷却器及使用场合,使系统达到合理的热平衡,以保证切割机液压系统的可靠运行。此外,该文还提出了四种液压系统发热量计算公式,以及油箱散热量、冷却器冷却面积的计算方法,并且针对一款具体的切割机液压系统进行了热平衡计算。
This paper firstly introduces the principle of thermal balance of the cutting machine hydraulic system.Through the analysis of the heat absorption and heat dissipation calculation of this system,it guides the correct selection of coolers and the occasions of use,so that the system can achieve a reasonable thermal balance to ensure the reliable operation of the cutting machine hydraulic system.In addition,this paper also proposes four formulas for calculating the heat generation of a hydraulic system,as well as the calculation methods for the heat dissipation of the oil tank and the cooling area of the cooler,and carries out thermal balance calculations for a specific cutting machine hydraulic system.
