摘要
粘滞阻尼器作为一种有效的消能减震器,在机械、军事、土木等众多领域得到广泛应用。该文以某大型设施提出的减振要求为基础,进行了一种粘滞阻尼器的开发设计,通过理论推导得到了不同孔径与间隙下的速度阻尼力关系。设计时结合CFX软件,有效地实现了粘滞阻尼器内部压力场的仿真,印证了理论公式推导的正确性,并通过试验进行了实物的有效验证。
As an effective type of damper,hydrocylinder has been widely used in mechanical、military、construction and other fields.This paper is typically based on a damping requirement of a large facilities,which has developed a hydrocylender and by using theory derivation,this paper get the relationship between velocity and damping force under different sizes of holes and clearences.While designing,combining with CFX,this paper efficaciously achieve simulating the pressure field and confirm the validity of theory formula derivation,together with the verify of practicality experiment.
