摘要
本文以基层公务员工作幸福感为切入点探究其影响因素。在学界已有研究成果与成熟量表的基础上提出三大假设:一是包容型领导风格对基层公务员工作幸福感具有正向作用;二是差错管理氛围在包容型领导风格与基层公务员工作幸福感之间起中介作用;三是组织认同感在包容型领导风格与基层公务员工作幸福感之间起调节作用。采用相应的分析软件进行模型检验,结果是前两个假设得到支持,第三个假设结果不显著。未来基层政府组织可以不断探索建立包容型领导风格的路径和机制,注重差错管理氛围的营造和强化,以形成更有成效、更有活力的基层公务员工作氛围,更好地实现公共服务和公共产品的供给。
This paper takes the work happiness of grass-ro ots civil servants as the starting point to explore its influencing factors.Based on the existing research results and maturity scale,this paper puts forward three hypotheses:first,inclusive leadership style has a positive effect on the job well-being of grass-roots civil servants;Second,error management atmosphere plays a regulatory role between inclusive leadership style and grass-roots civil servants’ job well-being;Third,organizational identity plays an intermediary role between inclusive leadership style and grass-roots civil servants’ job well-being.Using the corresponding analysis software to test the model,the results are that the first two hypotheses are supported,and the third hypothesis is not significant.In the future,grass-roots government organizations can continue to explore the path and mechanism of establishing inclusive leadership style,and pay attention to the creation and strengthening of error management atmosphere,so as to form a more effective and dynamic working atmosphere for grass-roots civil servants and better realize the supply of public services and public products.
