摘要
非公路自卸车用多级液压缸在矿区出现100柱塞端部与轴头焊缝早期断裂的故障,通过对失效件的焊缝进行化学成分、焊缝组织及显微硬度等性能检测和断裂焊缝断口的微观检测,查找失效原因。从零件材质、焊缝结构、工艺过程控制和零件结构方面进行优化设计,基于Abaqus软件对焊缝进行疲劳仿真分析和台架试验,有效验证了设计优化和台架实验的一致性,降低故障率,对同类产品具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。
The failure of the welding seam between the end of 100 plunger and the shaft head of the multi-stage hydraulic cylinder used in off-highway dump truck occurred in the mining area. Through the chemical composition, weld microstructure and microhardness of the weld of the failed parts and the micro detection of the fracture weld, the failure reason was found out. Optimized design was carried out from the aspects of parts material, weld structure, process control and part structure. Based on ABAQUS software, fatigue simulation analysis and bench test were carried out on the weld, which effectively verified the consistency of design optimization and bench test and reduced the failure rate. It has certain guidance and reference significance for similar products.
