新文科背景下高校跨境电商人才培养模式探析 被引量:4

摘要 “新文科”建设是为了更好地对文科教育推动创新,提高文科教育的质量。互联网的高速发展为我国企业带来了新的机遇,由此也带来了对跨境电商人才培养的新要求。在分析跨境电商人才需求情况基础上,发现高校跨境电商人才培养面临专业定位、专业学习、授课和考核方式、实践学习、专业师资队伍等问题,为新文科背景下跨境电商的人才培养提出明确专业定位,突出专业特色,打破学科壁垒,确定学科交叉定位,创新授课方式,灵活考核,校企合作,协同育人,优化“双师”型教学队伍,打造专业的教师团队等对策建议。 The construction of “New Liberal Arts” is to better promote and innovate liberal arts education and improve the quality of liberal arts education.The rapid development of the Internet has brought new opportunities for Chinese enterprises, which has also brought new requirements for the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce talents. On the basis of analyzing the demand for cross-border e-commerce talents, it is found that the training of cross-border e-commerce talents in colleges and universities faces the following problems: vague professional positioning, professional learning limitations, inflexible teaching and assessment methods, lack of practical learning, and lack of professional teaching staff. Put forward rational countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce talents under the background of new liberal arts. Clarify professional positioning, highlight professional characteristics, break down disciplinary barriers, determine interdisciplinary positioning, innovate teaching methods, flexible assessment, school-enterprise cooperation, collaborative education, optimize the "double teacher" teaching team, and create a professional teacher team.
