PRACTICE EXPLORATION OF CHIEF ARCHITECT OF SHENZHEN WORLD EXHIBITION AND CONVENTION TOWN

在深圳国际会展城片区创新性地采用了“总规划师+总建筑师”的双总师咨询制度。在超大片区、超大型工程、超速建设背景下,双师并行制度可从宏观和微观角度进行系统性把控和微观实操,将上位规划与设计管理有机结合,以“软硬兼施”的方式对城市建设进行把控,为深圳国际会展中心建设指挥部等有关部门做出高效决策,为深圳国际会展城高效建设起到积极的推动作用。

Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Town creatively introduced"two chief designer consultation system",which refers to invite chief planner and chief architect simultaneously as the consultants for the development and construction.In the context of ultra large district,ultra large project and highly speedy construction,the two chief designers work in parallel to systematically control at the macroscopic level while practically operate at the microscopic level.They organically combine the upper-level planning with design management,and achieve a"carrot-and-stick"control of the urban construction.They look forward to further assist the construction headquarters of Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center and other relevant department in highly efficient decision-making,and actively promote highly efficient construction of Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Town.
