新发展理念指导下的站城融合路径探讨——以杭州西站为例

EXPLORING THE PATH OF STATION-CITY SYNERGY UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF THE NEW DEVELOPMENT PHILOSOPHY:AN EXAMPLE OF HANGZHOUXI RAILWAY STATION

站城融合是新时代高铁枢纽建设的大趋势,在一些特大城市的高铁车站或大型高铁枢纽建设中几乎成为必然的选择,但由于受体制、机制及理念和规范等束缚,要实现真正意义上的站城融合并非易事。杭州西站枢纽全面贯彻落实创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念,有效地实现了高铁建设和城市发展的相互促进和融合。本文旨在分析新发展理念在杭州西站规划、设计、建设全过程中的指导作用,探讨站城融合发展的实现路径,以期为新时代高铁枢纽站城融合的发展提供参考和借鉴。

Station-City Synergy is the general trend of high-speed railway hub construction in the new era.And it has become an inevitable choice in the construction of some mega-city high-speed railway stations or large high-speed railway hubs.But due to the institution,mechanism and the concept of norms and other constraints,achieving the real sense of Station-City Synergy is not an easy task.Hangzhouxi Railway Station has comprehensively implemented the new development philosophy(innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing),as well as effectively realized the mutual promotion and integration of development of highspeed railway construction and urban development.This paper analyzes the guiding roles of the new development philosophy in the whole process of Hangzhouxi Railway Station(including planning,design and construction),and discusses the realization path of Station-City Synergy development,in order to provide reference for StationCity Synergy development of high-speed railway hubs in the new era.
