摘要
运用三阶段DEA模型对安徽省主要的16个城市农业生产效率进行测算。研究发现外部环境因素和随机因素在一定程度上对农业生产效率产生影响,运用SFA分析法得出财政支农、农村人均可支配收入、交通便利性的提高有助于改善农业生产效率;但是越高的城镇化率却对农业生产产生负面影响。当排除环境因素和随机因素的干扰后,安徽省的农业生产效率较调整后有所变化,具体表现为纯技术效率上升,综合技术效率、规模效率下降,综合技术效率受规模效率的影响较大,因此,安徽省各地区应当结合当地的经济水平和资源优势,通过提高管理水平和调整生产规模,从而提高农业生产效率。
This paper uses the three-stage DEA model to calculate the agricultural production efficiency of 16 major cities in Anhui Province.The study found that external environmental factors and random factors have an impact on agricultural production efficiency to a certain extent.Using the SFA analysis method,it is concluded that financial support for agriculture,rural per capita disposable income,and improved transportation convenience can help improve agricultural production efficiency;The high rate of urbanization has a negative impact on agricultural production.When the interference of environmental factors and random factors is eliminated,the agricultural production efficiency of Anhui Province has increased in pure technical efficiency,and the scale efficiency and comprehensive technical efficiency have been declining.The comprehensive technical efficiency is greatly affected by the scale efficiency.Therefore,each of Anhui Province Regions should combine the local economic level and resource advantages,and improve the efficiency of agricultural production by improving the management level and adjusting the scale of production.
