摘要
采用PLC控制系统,将地下排水泵站由人工现场值守改造为无人值守的远程控制系统。阐述了系统结构,设备选型,控制流程,系统功能及应用效果;针对水泵控制的关键设备变频器,给出其与PLC设备的信号连接及参数设置。系统实施后可改善设备运行性能,降低人力资源成本,提高管理效率,为企业减员增效提供技术保障。
The paper transforms the underground drainage pump station via PLC drainage system,making it a remote-control system from one with manual attendance.The system structure,equipment selection,control process and system functions are described.The signal connection and parameter setting of PLC equipment are given for the key equipment controlled by the water pump.After the implementation of the system,it can improve the operation performance of the equipment,reduce the human resource cost,improve the management efficiency,and provide technical guarantee for enterprises to reduce personnel and increase efficiency.
