摘要
研究了用两段浸出法从镍钴渣料中浸出镍、钴,考察了一段浸出终点pH和二段浸出时温度、时间、硫酸浓度、还原剂过氧化氢用量、液固体积质量比对镍、钴浸出率的影响。结果表明:一段浸出终点pH=2.5时,镍、钴浸出率分别为73.48%、1.09%;二段浸出,在70℃、浸出时间2 h、硫酸浓度1.5 mol/L、还原剂过氧化氢用量2.0 mL/g、液固体积质量比10 mL/1 g条件下,镍、钴浸出率分别为99.56%、99.40%,浸出效果较好,镍、钴配比接近平衡,可用于制备LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(2)正极材料。
Leaching of nickel and cobalt from nickel-cobalt slag by two-stage leaching process was studied.The effects of first stage leaching terminal-point pH and leaching temperature and time,sulfuric acid concentration,reducing agent hydrogen peroxide dosaged and liquid volume/solid mass in second stage leaching were examined.The results show that the leaching rates of nickel and cobalt are 73.48%and 1.09%,respectively at terminal-point pH of 2.5 in first stage leaching.The leaching rates of nickel and cobalt are 99.56%and 99.40%,respectively under the conditions in the second stage leaching of leaching temperature of 70℃,leaching time of 2 h,sulfuric acid concentration of 1.5 mol/L,reducing agent hydrogen peroxide dosage of 2.0 mL/g,liquid volume/solid mass of 10 mL/1 g.The process has excellent effect for leaching nickel and cobalt.The ratio of nickel and cobalt is close to balance.Which can be used to prepare LiNi_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(2)cathode material.
