摘要
为适应服务基层的社会需求,高职临床医学专业探索任务驱动的“岗位体验”教学改革,通过分组对照实验研究表明,经过任务驱动的“岗位体验”教学的学生学习效果明显得到改善,学生对实习的适应能力、获益情况和整体满意度较好,实习带教老师对学生沟通能力、基本技能操作和诊疗思维能力的评价较高,且在县二级综合医院开展“岗位体验”教学的学生比在省市三甲医院开展“岗位体验”教学的学生效果更加明显。
In order to meet the social needs of serving the grassroots,the clinical medicine specialty of higher vocational colleges explores the task-driven“job experience”teaching reform.Through grouped control experiments,it is shown that the learning effect of students who have undergone the task-driven“job experience”teaching has been significantly improved.The students’adaptability,benefits and overall satisfaction with the internship are relatively good.The internship instructors have high evaluations of the students’communication ability,basic skills operation and diagnosis and treatment thinking ability,and the“job experience”is carried out in the county-level second-level general hospital.The effect of teaching students is more obvious than that of students who carry out“post experience”teaching in provincial and municipal tertiary hospitals.
