劳动法治教育视角下高职院校学生课外兼职的现状、问题与对策——以厦门市A校为例

The Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Extracurricular Part-Time Jobs for Students in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Labor Law Education——Take Xiamen A School as an Example

劳动法治教育是新时代依法治国背景下劳动教育的题中应有之义。目前,大学生课外兼职现象十分普遍,一旦用人单位与兼职大学生出现争议或纠纷,维护学生的合法权益就非常有必要。从这一现象出发,通过调查厦门市A校劳动法治教育现状和学生的课外兼职情况,分析了学生课外兼职存在的问题,并针对性地提出了相应的改进意见和对策。

Labor law education is the proper meaning of labor education in the context of rule of law in the new era.At present,extracurricular part-time jobs for college students are very common.Once there is a dispute or dispute between employers and part-time college students,it is very necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of students.Starting from this phenomenon,by investigating the current situation of labor law education in Xiamen City A School and the students’ extracurricular part-time jobs,it analyzes the problems of students’ extra-curricular part-time jobs,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement and countermeasures.
