空间机构用推力滚针轴承摩擦阻力矩分析

摘要 介绍了载人航天任务中的非火工、低冲击连接和分离装置,分析了分离装置用AXK4565型推力滚针轴承摩擦阻力矩的产生机理,建立了摩擦阻力矩理论计算模型。并考虑空间机构的复杂使用工况,搭建试验台分析了不同环境温度、润滑以及受力状态下轴承的摩擦阻力矩,结果表明:加载下轴承的摩擦阻力矩大于未加载,低温下轴承的摩擦阻力矩大于常温,MoS2镀膜后轴承的摩擦阻力矩大于未镀膜轴承;在轴承运转过程中,随工作时间延长,摩擦阻力矩有增大趋势,且在低温、加载条件下这一现象更明显。 The non-fire and low-impact connection and separation devices in manned spaceflight missions are introduced,the generation mechanism of frictional resistance torque of AXK4565 thrust needle roller bearings for separation devices is analyzed,and the theoretical calculation method of frictional resistance torque is established.Considering complex working conditions of spatial mechanism,a test bench is built to analyze the resistance friction torque of the bearings under different ambient temperatures,lubrication and stress states.The results show that:the frictional resistance torque of the bearings under loading condition is greater than that under unloaded condition,and frictional resistance torque of the bearings under low temperature is greater than that under room temperature,the frictional resistan ce torque of the bearings after MoS2 coating is greater than that of uncoated bearings;during bearing operation process,with the extension of working time,the friction resistance torque tends to increase and this phenomenon is more obvious under low temperature and loading conditions.
