To enhance the adaptability of vocational education,it is necessary to improve technology innovative ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges.The concept and connotation of teachers’technology innovative ability are briefly described.The current situation of teachers’technology innovative ability in China’s higher vocational colleges is analyzed.Strategies for promoting teachers’technology innovative ability are discussed from the aspects of teachers and the external environment.
