水利职业教育产教融合路径研究

Path Study on the Integration of Industry and Education in Water Conservancy Vocational Education

现代水利职业教育必须将产教融合基本理念贯穿于改革发展始终,将其深入地嵌入到经济转型、产业升级和技术提升之中,主动对接水利行业产业,突出校企协同育人,不断提升人才培养工作的针对性、增强水利职业院校服务经济社会发展能力。但站在水利行业和区域经济社会发展全局的视角来审视水利职业教育产教融合,其在诸多方面还存在不适应的现实问题,为促进水利职业教育产教融合的实质性开展,针对有关问题探索了产教融合路径。

Modern water conservancy vocational education must be made with basic concept throughout the reform,development and fusion,always be deeply embedded in the economic transformation,industrial upgrading and technology promotion,active docking industry,water conservancy industry highlight the cooperative education between colleges and improve personnel training work of pertinence,enhance their ability to serve economic and social development water conservancy vocational colleges.However,from the overall perspective of water conservancy industry and regional economic and social development,the integration of industry and education in water conservancy vocational education still has many practical problems that do not adapt to it.In order to promote the substantive development of the integration of industry and education in water conservancy vocational education,the path of industry and education integration is explored in view of relevant problems.
