摘要
发展型资助育人模式具有育人、激励、导向等多重功能,目前,高职院校在践行该模式的过程中已取得一定成就,但同时存在问题。为促进该模式在高职院校有效践行,首先领导要重视,让发展型资助育人模式真正得以践行;其次要制定政策,让发展型资助育人模式持续践行;然后是高职院校应科学制定发展型资助育人计划。
The developmental funding education model has multiple functions of education,motivation,guidance and so on.At present,vocational colleges have made some achievements in the process of practicing this model,but there are problems at the same time.In order to promote the effective practice of this model in higher vocational colleges,leaders should first pay attention to make the development-oriented education model truly practice;Secondly,policies should be formulated to keep the development-oriented education model in practice.Then,higher vocational colleges should scientifically formulate developmental subsidy education plan.
