凉山州艾滋病重点地区中学生吸烟现状再调查

Reinvestigation on Smoking Status of Middle School Students in High Risk Areas for AIDS in Liangshan Prefecture

目的掌握凉山州艾滋病重点地区中学生近5年吸烟情况数据,评估中学生控烟教育成效,为学校进一步改善控烟干预措施提供参考依据。方法2020年9月在凉山州艾滋病重点地区采用随机分层抽样法选择学校,选中学校按年级分组,再以随机数字表法选择班级,以抽中班级的全体学生为调查对象。采用Epidata 3.1软件、PASW Statistics 18软件进行统计学分析。结果9246名受试者中,尝试吸烟、现在吸烟、重度吸烟及初始吸烟年龄<13岁分别为2285名(24.7%)、1317名(14.2%)、391名(4.2%)和1252名(13.5%)。上述4个指标比较,男生均高于女生(P<0.05);少数民族学生高于汉族学生(P<0.05)。结论经过5年干预,凉山州艾滋病重点地区有关中学生吸烟的尝试吸烟、现在吸烟、重度吸烟及初始吸烟年龄<13岁的指标有所改善,但与内地发达地区相比,吸烟率仍较高,需引起相关教育部门重视,确保已有法律法规、政策得到有效落实;对于法律法规和政策未规定的,逐步制定、完善相关内容,切实保护青少年远离烟草危害。

Objective To know the data of smoking status of middle school students in high risk areas for AIDS in Liangshan Prefecture in recent 5 years,so as to evaluate the effectiveness of smoking control education of middle school students,and provide reference for schools to further improve smoking control intervention measures.Methods Schools were selected by random stratified sampling in the identified areas in september 2020.The schools selected were grouped by grade.And then classes were selected by random number table method.All students in the selected classes were surveyed.Epidata 3.1 software and PASW Statistics 18 software were used for statistical analysis.Results Among the 9246 subjects,2285(24.7%),1317(14.2%),391(4.2%)and 1252(13.5%)reported trying smoking,current smoking,heavy smoking and starting smoking under the age of 13,respectively.In all indicators,there were more male students than female students(P<0.05),and more minority students than Han students(P<0.05).Conclusion After five years of intervention,the smoking indicators,namely,trying smoking,current smoking,heavy smoking,and starting smoking under the age of 13,of middle school students in high risk areas for AIDS in Liangshan Prefecture have improved.However,compared with the developed areas in the mainland,the smoking rate is still high.Attention should be paid to ensure effective implementation of existing laws,regulations and policies.For those not stipulated in laws,regulations and policies,relevant contents should be gradually formulated and improved to effectively protect teenagers from tobacco hazards.
