赋能干预对中青年脑卒中患者社会参与及希望水平的影响

Effect of empowerment intervention on social participation and hope level in young and middle-aged patients with stroke

目的探讨赋能干预对中青年脑卒中患者社会参与及希望水平的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2019年12月在重庆市铜梁区人民医院就诊的132例中青年脑卒中患者作为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序分组,以2018年5月至2019年3月入院的为对照组(n=67),2019年4-12月入院的为观察组(n=65)。对照组采用常规护理指导及随访,观察组在此基础上采用赋能干预,比较3个月后两组患者的社会参与及希望水平。结果观察组患者的社会参与总分[(1.90±0.61)分]明显低于对照组(2.27±0.70)分,而希望水平总分[(44.57±6.13)分]明显高于对照组[(37.15±7.08)分],两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赋能干预能够提高中青年脑卒中患者的社会参与和希望水平,促进其身心共同康复,可帮助其早日回归社会和家庭。

Objective To explore the effect of empowerment intervention on the social participation and hope level in young and middle-aged patients with stroke.Methods A total of 132 young and middle-aged patients with stroke treated in the Tongliang District People′s Hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects and grouped according to the admission order.The patients admitted during May 2018 to March 2019 served as the control group(n=67)and those admitted during April to December 2019 served as the observation group(n=65).The control group adopted the routine nursing guidance and follow-up,while the observation group adopted the empowerment intervention on this basis.The social participation level and hope level after 3 months were compared between the two groups.Results The total score of social participation in the intervention group was(1.90±0.61)points,which was significantly lower than(2.27±0.70)points in the control group,while the total score of hope level in the intervention group was(44.57±6.13)points,which was significantly higher than(37.15±7.08)points in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The empowerment intervention could enhance the social participation and hope level in young and middle-aged patients with stroke,promote their physical and mental co-rehabilitation,and help them to return to the society and family as soon as possible.
