重症监护病房护士警报疲劳现状及影响因素分析

Current status and influencing factors of intensive care unit nurses′alarm fatigue

目的探讨重症监护病房(ICU)护士医疗设备警报疲劳现状及其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取重庆市1191名ICU护士作为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、警报疲劳量表、中文版护士专业生活品质量表及护士工作满意度量表进行问卷调查。结果ICU护士警报疲劳总分为(18.76±6.85)分。单因素分析显示,不同年龄、工作年限和职称的ICU护士警报疲劳得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,ICU护士警报疲劳与工作满意度和慈心满意呈负相关(r=-0.259、-0.212,P<0.01),与工作倦怠和二次创伤呈正相关(r=0.461、0.444,P<0.01)。分层回归分析显示,ICU护士工作满意度影响警报疲劳的解释率为26.8%(R=0.268,P<0.001),通过影响专业生活品质进而影响警报疲劳的解释率为53.7%(R=0.537,P<0.001)。结论重庆地区ICU护士警报疲劳处于中等偏上水平,护理管理者要注意护士工作满意度和专业生活品质对警报疲劳的影响。

Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of alarm fatigue by medical device among intensive care unit(ICU)nurses.Methods A total of 1191 ICU nurses in Chongqing City were selected as the research subjects by the convenience sampling method.A questionnaire survey was conducted by using the general information questionnaire,the alarm fatigue scale,the Chinese version of Professional Quality of Life Scale and the McCloskey/Mueller Satisfaction Scale.Results The total score of ICU nurses′alarm fatigue was(18.76±6.85)points.The univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the alarm fatigue scores among ICU nurses with different ages,working years and professional titles(P<0.05).The Pearson correlation analysis showed that ICU nurses′alarm fatigue was negatively correlated with job satisfaction and compassion satisfaction(r=-0.259,-0.212,P<0.01),and waspositively correlated with job burnout and secondary trauma(R=0.461,0.444,P<0.01).The hierarchical regression analysis showed that the explanation rate of ICU nurses′job satisfaction affecting alarm fatigue was 26.8%(R=0.268,P<0.001),and the explanation rate of ICU nurses′job satisfaction affecting alarm fatigue through affecting professional life quality was 53.7%(R=0.537,P<0.001).Conclusion The alarm fatigue of ICU nurses in Chongqing area is above the medium level,and the nursing managers should pay more attention to the influence of nurses′job satisfaction and professional quality of life on alarm fatigue.
