ASCC用于泪沟及上睑凹陷填充的效果观察

The effect of ASCC in filling lacrimal groove and upper eyelid depression

目的探讨利用ASCC脂肪再生技术改善眼周年轻化的临床效果。方法自2018年9月至2021年8月,在北京美莱医疗美容医院对泪沟的89例及上睑凹陷的78例求美者进行脂肪再生技术的治疗。脂肪采集区域首选其大腿内侧或下腹部,利用离心、吸附、破坏、筛选等一系列脂肪纯化处理方法获得含有高活性成分的脂肪组织,用于治疗泪沟及上睑凹陷的求美者。术后随访统计求美者的满意度。结果随访泪沟87例求美者6~12个月,非常满意79例,满意6例,术后因过度吸收问题欠满意2例;随访上睑凹陷76例患者6-12个月,非常满意68例,满意7例,对效果表示一般1例。所有求美者均未发生严重不良事件。结论采用脂肪再生技术治疗泪沟及上睑凹陷,可获得较满意的临床效果。此方法安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ASCC fat regeneration technique in improving periocular rejuvenation.Methods From September 2018 to August 2021,89 patients with tear trough and 78 patients with sunken upper eyelid were treated with fat regeneration technology in Beijing Meilai Medical Beauty Hospital.The inner thigh or lower abdomen is the first choice for the fat collection area.A series of fat purification methods such as centrifugation,adsorption,destruction,and screening are used to obtain adipose tissue containing high active components,which is used for the treatment of tear trough and upper eyelid sunken beauty seekers.Postoperative follow-up statistics on the satisfaction of beauty seekers.Results 87 patients with tear trough were followed up for 6-12 months,79 patients were very satisfied,6 patients were satisfied,and 2 patients were not satisfied due to excessive absorption after operation;76 patients with upper eyelid depression were followed up for 6-12 months,and they were very satisfied68 For example,7 cases were satisfied,and 1 case was general about the effect.None of the beauty seekers experienced serious adverse events.Conclusions Satisfactory clinical results can be obtained by using fat regeneration technology to treat tear groove and upper eyelid depression.This method is safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical application.
